I have availed myself of Sophie’s services a number of times over recent years and always found her to be none other than professional at all times.She is extremely well qualified and continually develops her skills and knowledge within her chosen career. For a young lady she has a wealth of experience and I can not recommend her highly enough.Sophie will treat you as the individual you are, read the room and either chat while she performs her “magic” or remain quiet while you relax.

Sophie is by far the best sports therapist I’ve ever visited. She’s professional, knowledgable and genuine. Having suffered with intermittent back pain for almost half of my life, I now finally feel like I’m in good hands. My last appointment, only last week, was due to severe back pain. I left, not only feeling physically more relaxed than when I entered, but also mentally. Couldn’t recommend her enough…

I’ve booked an appointment for acupuncture and deep tissue massage of my upper body due to ongoing problems with anxiety and hair loss. This treatment was exactly what I needed - the needles stimulated my hair to grow wild (noticed after 2-3 weeks) and they’re still going! The deep tissue tackled my neck pain I didn’t even knew could be sorted! Sophie had lovely music ready for my home appointment which helped me relax. Lastly, Sophie recommend “side sleeping pillow” and I must say, first night I went back to my old one, but getting my neck pain back I thought I’d try- and I still use the recommended one till now with no neck pain anymore!! Thank you Sophie!! Xx
