Sophie is by far the best sports therapist I’ve ever visited. She’s professional, knowledgable and genuine. Having suffered with intermittent back pain for almost half of my life, I now finally feel like I’m in good hands. My last appointment, only last week, was due to severe back pain. I left, not only feeling physically more relaxed than when I entered, but also mentally. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I’ve used Sophie now for more years than I can remember. She is excellent at what she does with a huge amount of knowledge around it. She can explain what she’s doing and why when you ask, explain why you have particular issues and more importantly she always manages to fix whatever I have had wrong with me. I’ve recently had acupuncture too and that again was great with excellent results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for massages.

Sophie has treated me many times for my running, and I always feel like I have brand new legs afterwards! Most recently have used her before and after a marathon. She helped me prepare and recover quicker! Definitely recommended.
